b. Restricted to 4x3 minutes duration.

Boxer Stephen Jackson appeared before the Council unrepresented. During the hearing Mr Jackson was also interviewed extensively regarding his career. The Council then deliberated and found the matter proven and Mr Jackson was reprimanded and given words of guidance. The Council also decided that he was okay to continue with his career subject to the following condition:
