Boxer Joshua Sandland. Appeared before a Sub-Committee represented by Manager Glenn Banks. Matter proven, reprimanded and ordered to pay costs. The Council further agreed that the suspension on his licence should be lifted and he could resume his career.
Boxer Richard Helm. Appeared before the Council unrepresented. The Council found the matter proven and he was severely reprimanded and given words of guidance for the future.
REGULATION 5.9 & 25
Boxer Sam O’Maison and Trainer Gary Wilson appeared before a Sub-Committee unrepresented. The Council found the matter not proven against Mr Wilson. The matter against Mr O’Maison was found proven and he was severely reprimanded, fined and ordered to pay costs. The Council also gave words of guidance to Mr O’Maison and Mr Wilson.

Boxer Darryl Sharp had appeared before a Sub-Committee unrepresented and was interviewed extensively regarding his career. The Council decided that he was OK to continue subject to the following condition:

Promoter Pat Barrett appeared before the Council unrepresented. Mr Barrett was wished well for the future.

Promoter Dennis Hobson appeared before the Council unrepresented. The Council found that the breach of Regulations 3.49, 9.23 and 25 was proven and Mr Hobson was reprimanded and given words of guidance.
REGULATION 4.6, 20.1, 20.4.1, 20.4.2 & 25
Trainer Noel Callan. Mr Callan had tendered an apology and requested that the matter was dealt with in his absence. The Council found the Regulation 4.6 & 25 matters proven and the Council directed that he would be reprimanded.
