23rd August 2025. Planet Ice, Altrincham. Promoter Frank Warren.

30th August 2025. Middleton Arena, Manchester. Promoter Pat Barrett.

REGULATION 5.10

The following boxers did not appear and were considered in their absence:

Ryan Labourn. The Council decided that he was okay to continue subject to the following condition:

a. Report required from an Official until further notice.

REGULATION 4.12, 5.15 & 25

Abdul Khan / Mark Prior. Boxer Abdul Khan appeared before the Council represented. Manager Mark Prior tendered an apology. The Council decided that the matter was proven and Mr Khan was reprimanded and fined. The Council further agreed that the explanation provided by Mr Prior was satisfactory and no further action would be taken against him.

REGULATION 8.6.9 & 25

Faheem Mustakeem / Zahir Akbar

Boxer Faheem Mustakeem appeared before the Council unrepresented. Trainer Zahir Akbar tendered an apology. The Council decided the matter was proven and Mr Mustakeem was reprimanded and fined. With regard to Mr Akbar the Council directed that no further action would be taken other than he should be reminded of his responsibilities to his boxers.
