NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 19th June 2024 at the Arden Hotel & Leisure Club, Coventry Road, Bickenhill, Solihull, West Midlands, B92 0EH at 1.30.p.m. for the following purposes:-
To receive and approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th June 2023.
Matters Arising from Minutes.
To receive the Chairman’s Report for the Company for the year.
To receive and adopt the Company’s Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
To reappoint Capshire LLP as Auditors until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
To consider and, if thought fit, approve any or all of the amendments to Rules and Regulations of the Company set out in the schedule.

The British Boxing Board of Control sends their condolences to the family of Sherifdeen Lawal following his tragic passing after his Boxing contest on Sunday, 12th May 2024.
The thoughts of all those involved in Boxing in Great Britain are with them at this difficult time.
The British Boxing Board of Control are very saddened to learn of the tragic passing of former British and Commonwealth Champion Willie Limond.
Our sincere sympathies and thoughts are with Willie’s family and friends at this most difficult time.
Ian John-Lewis has withdrawn his claims of race discrimination made against the British Boxing Board of Control Limited (BBBofC) in the Employment Tribunal. The parties have reached an agreed confidential settlement to resolve their differences without any admission of liability.
The BBBofC reaffirms its commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, and will continue to work to ensure the trust of all those involved in the sport of professional boxing. There is no place for discrimination in this sport on the grounds of any protected characteristic, and the BBBofC strives to ensure that it upholds those values at all times.
