Regulation 4.9 & 5.10

Boxer Dale Arrowsmith appeared before the Council represented by Trainer Sydney Chambers. The Council decided that he was okay to continue subject to the following condition:

Report required from an Official until further notice.

Boxer Joe Hardy appeared before the Council represented by Trainer Nick Manners. The Council decided that he was okay to continue without conditions.

Boxer Kerry Orton appeared before the Council represented by Manager Josh Wale. The Council decided that she was okay to continue subject to the following condition:

Regulation 5.10

The following boxers did not appear and were considered in their absence:

Sam Kirk. Call to next meeting but okay to continue subject to the following condition:

Liam Macmillan. The Council decided that he was okay to continue without conditions.

Owen Durnan. The Council decided that he was okay to continue without conditions.

Kira Carter. The Council decided that he was okay to continue without conditions.

Dan Booth. The Council decided that he was okay to continue subject to the following condition:

Regulation 9.28, 9.44 & 25

Promoter/Manager/Trainer/Second Mark Bateson appeared before the Council unrepresented. The Council decided that the breach of Regulation 9.28 was not proven. The breach of Regulation 9.44 was proven and Mr Bateson was given words of guidance.

Regulation 5.23 & 25

Boxer Leighton Birchill appeared before the Council represented by his brother Boxer William Birchill. The Council decided that the matters were proven and Mr Birchill was reprimanded and given words of guidance.
