REGULATION 4.12(b), 5.15 & 25

Steven Barrett. Mr Barrett appeared alone. The Council fined Mr Barrett.

Ryan Barrett. Mr Barrett appeared alone. The Council decided to suspend Mr Barrett’s Trainer/Second licence with immediate effect.

REGULATION 8.6.9 & 25

Piotr Mirga. Mr Mirga appeared with licence holder Joshua Goodwin. The Council placed a reprimand on Mr Mirga’s record and gave him words of guidance for the future.
