XAVIER MILLER. Mr Miller appeared alone. The Council placed a severe reprimand on Mr Miller’s file and fined him.

REGULATION 25

RICHARD SMITH. Mr Smith appeared alone. The Council gave Mr Smith words of guidance for the future.

JAMES WHITEHILL. Mr Whitehill appeared before the Council alone. The Council placed a severe reprimand on Mr Whitehill’s file and fined him.

DAVID NELSON. Mr Nelson appeared before the Council alone. The Council placed a reprimand on Mr Nelson’s Promoter’s file and fined him.

REGULATION 29

ROBERT LLOYD-TAYLOR. Mr Lloyd-Taylor appeared alone. The Council decided that no further action was required, however, did give advice.

LEWIS VAN POETSCH. Mr Van Poetsch appeared before the Council alone. The Council advised that Mr Van Poetsch was ok to continue with his Referee career at this time.
