REGULATION 25

SONNY DRISCOLL. Mr Driscoll appeared alone before a sub-committee on Tuesday 4th July 2023. The Council gave Mr Driscoll words of guidance and lifted the suspension of his licence.

REGULATION 5.15 & 25

HADLEIGH JALIL. Mr Jalil appeared alone before a sub-committee on Tuesday 4th July 2023. The Council placed a severe reprimand on Mr Jalil’s record and fined him. The suspension of his Boxer licence was also lifted.

CHARLES FRANKHAM. Mr Frankham appeared with John Frankham before a sub-committee on Tuesday 4th July 2023. The Council gave Mr Frankham words of guidance and lifted his suspension.

REGULATION 4.9

THOMAS JACOBS

Mr Jacobs appeared with Manager Mark Prior. The Council decided to withdraw Mr Jacobs licence.

REGULATION 5.18 & 25

LUKE WATKINS. Mr Watkins failed to appear. As such, the Council decided that Mr Watkins licence would be suspended, and he would be recalled to appear before them.

REGULATION 29

MARK PRIOR. Mr Prior appeared before the Council alone. At the conclusion of the interview, the Council gave Mr Prior words of guidance.
