REGULATION 4.9 & 5.10

PAUL SCAIFE. Boxer Paul Scaife had appeared before a Sub-Committee on Saturday 12th August 2023 represented by Manager Josh Wale and was interviewed extensively regarding his career. OK to continue subject to the following condition:

MARTIN SHAW. The Council were advised that Boxer Martin Shaw had appeared before a Sub-Committee on Saturday 12th August 2023 represented by Manager Josh Wale and was interviewed extensively regarding his career. OK to continue subject to the following condition:

a. Report required from an Official until further notice.

JAMES MCCARTHY. Boxer James McCarthy had appeared unrepresented before a Sub-Committee on Saturday 12th August 2023 and was interviewed extensively regarding his career. OK to continue subject to the following condition:

a. Report required from an Official until further notice.

JAKE POLLARD. Boxer Jake Pollard had appeared before a Sub-Committee on Saturday 12th August 2023 represented by Second Mark Hurley and was interviewed extensively regarding his career. OK to continue subject to the following condition:

REGULATION 25

KYLE LOMOTEY. Boxer Kyle Lomotey appeared before the Council represented by Manager Steve Wood. Matter proven - reprimanded and ordered to pay costs. The Council further agreed that suspension on his licence should be lifted and he could resume his career.

JAMES HARTY. Boxer James Harty appeared before the Council represented by Manager James Harrington. Matter proven and he was reprimanded and ordered to pay costs. The Council further agreed that suspension on his licence should be lifted and he could resume his career.

BILLY DENIZ. Boxer Billy Deniz had appeared before a Sub-Committee on Saturday 12th August 2023 represented by Manager Kevin Maree. Matter proven and Mr Deniz was severely reprimanded and fined and ordered to pay costs. The Council further directed that his licence would be suspended for six months from the date of the contest.

REGULATION 3.38 ,3.42, 9.6 & 25

PERRY HOWE. Boxer Perry Howe had appeared before a Sub-Committee on Saturday 12th August 2023 represented by Manager Robert Riley. Matter proven and Mr Howe was severely reprimanded and fined and ordered to pay costs.
